The FrSky Lipo Voltage Sensor can be used as a lipo voltage detector. The OLED screen displays total voltage and cell voltages as connected.

Two FrSky Lipo Voltage Sensors can be combined to detect up to 12S.

How to detect and display 1S~6S:

How to detect and display at most 12S:
Connect “Data Out” port of FrSky Lipo Voltage Sensor to sensor hub by provided cable, Data Screen-3 of FLD-02 and/or DHT-U display total voltage and cell voltages as connected.
NOTE: Current FLD-02 displays 6S at most. If 12S display is required, new firmware may be required.
NOTE: This sensor does not connect directly to the X series receivers. You will want the SP-FLVS for that application.

Really handy addition to my planes. Review by Harry
Quality
I installed the D8R-II with a hub and the FLVS-01 Lipo voltage sensor in a 60 inch Extra on 5S. After 8 flights it is working very well. It is nice to be able to glance down and see the voltage of the pack and of each cell and not wonder if it's time to land or not.
It is also nice to learn that if you run high throttle for maybe 10-15 seconds the voltage may drop, but if you then fly low throttle maybe 15 seconds, the pack comes back up maybe .3 or .4 volts. (Posted on 3/9/12)
Really impressed but this little tool. Review by Geroge Junior

I bought this just to check it out, and hoped it would work well with my other Frsky stuff. It works great in the plane, sending data back to my LCD screen. It is great not having to guess when it is time to land, and my buddies love the screen and often times they plug into my plane when it is not flying to check their voltage levels. LOL

I'm ordering more of them.. At this price they are a real steal.

Shipping is cheap and FAST from this site!! Thanks. (Posted on 2/14/12)
